Welcome to Challenge Reload.

Challenge Reload is a 6 week challenge that has been designed to help get your fitness levels back and rebuild healthy eating habits.

We have been sitting down for too long so now is the time to focus on moving your body. Challenge Reload consists of specialised challenges to be undertaken each week that will guarantee to spike your fitness levels.

In conjunction to this we will be offering a standardized easy to follow meal plan which includes delicious and nutritious recipes.
Investment for the 6 Week Challenge is $50 per person (this includes all challenges, as well as an epic break-up challenge, ebook with mealplans, work-out plan and recipes, access to our online Facebook community support group).
