Bootcamp

No two bootcamp classes are ever the same. Each class is thoughtfully programmed to ensure you get the most out of your training. Our overall goal is to help you improve both your fitness and strength.

 

Using a variety of proven methods, our boot camp classes include a mix-up of weights, cardio, and indoor and outdoor activities to keep you guessing and entertained!

Boxfit

Boxfit is a cardio workout based on the training used for boxing. It includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and ab exercises – all focusing on fitness and toning.

 

In this 30-minute class you will get the heart pumping and the body moving. You’ll find it to be a great workout and stress reliever too.

HIIT

Get ready to sweat, smile, and conquer your fitness goals in our high-octane, fun-filled HIIT class.

 

Our PT's will lead you through a heart-pumping blend of dynamic exercises, great music, and friendly team challenges, making each session an enjoyable and empowering fitness adventure.

Conditioning

This class isn't for the faint hearted.

Our experienced PT's will guide you through a high-intensity workout that combines functional movements, strength work, cardio and intense conditioning, fostering a supportive and motivating community that inspires you to push your limits and achieve peak performance.

Our Strength classes focuses on progressive resistance training and functional exercises to help you build muscle, increase overall strength, and develop a confident and resilient physique.
